The well has a lot of sulfer but it also has a black oily substance that forms in the toilet and little black pebbles in the water.

Are these "black partials" soft or hard? Do they smell? Could they be plastic, say like from a impeller? More details please. Tom

Actually it is my neighbors they are in there 80's and have this problem. I can't answer your questions but I will get back to you after I ask them. I do know they drilled down 328 feet for this well. I appreciate your help. I will get back on the site when I ask them. Thank you
