My children are all in the philippines but I support them financially and they are included in my papers when I applied for an immgrant visa,my question is, can I apply for ITIN for my kids and claim them?

If the children have immigrant visa (green card), you can apply for social security number. If children do not have immigrant visa, they must be present in US for at least one day before you can apply for ITIN.
