    In need of help
I'm a landlord who won a small claims case against a former tenant of mine but when the court issued the garnishment letter to her employer they informed the court that the indivdual no longer works for the company. When told this by the court I asked them what would be my next step and I was informed that I would through my own resources have to locate her new employer before they would send out a new letter.. I've tried an attorney, the IRS and Google to no avail.. could someone please point me in the right direction

You might think about hiring a P.I. to do some legwork and find out what is going on. They usually have better sources for finding information. The person may or may not be working.

If they have any other assets then you might be able to file a lien against those items.
