I'm trying to remember the name of this spanish movie, this guy who works in a grocery store as the guy on the loud speaker announcing sales, he goes to the doctor and they get his files mixed up and they tell him he only has a short time to live, he and his girlfriend move in with his friend and his fiancŽ.. That's about all I can remember but I really liked this movie
