Hi I've recently turned 20 and I would like to visit an obgyn. Recently I noticed a little button like thing close to my vagina and blood came out of it, and now its just like red and hurts. But before the blood, it had a little white kind of fluid like substance that ame out. I am really scared and I would like to know what this is.

It could have been acne or a cyst but of course only a proper doctor could say. An OBGYN or a regular GYN is a good choice to make. Since you're 20, you're the right age to begin seeing one regularly.
