Hi, I want to the procedure for deletion of deceased name(my father)and add the nominee name in 7/12. What is procedure as per my discussion with my uncle he said that it is not possible immediately because there is lots of procedure. Sir, Can u guide me. Sir, my father and uncle(my father's brother)only two sons of my grandfather and he already distributed the property on his present.
