    Is all of this 25' inside the house? Or outside? Partial?
    Underground maybe?

    The real answer is it depends on your local codes. They are all similar but different.

    Plan on running two no. 4,0 aluminum with no. 6 wag copper inside 2 inch PVC 20 ft. Inside to main breaker

    If you mean 20' inside then that is way too much. You'll need a main disconnect/breaker either outside or just inside the structure.

    Most areas require it within 5-6 feet of where the service enters. Only your local code office can tell you this for sure.
