What are you looking to do, and why?

When I tuch the metal under the stuko around my house I get shocked same with metal corners inside house where dry wall is chiped and if my washer and dryer tuch each other it fries the cord on washer I tested to see how many volts on all these things and it reads 110 what can I do I just bought the house didn't know all this then

The cause for what you're describing could be a few things...
First if you turn of "all" the power in your house does this go away?
If so, turn on the circuit breakers one at a time until the problem comes back... this may help
Narrow your search.

If you turn off "all" the power in your house and you STILL measure this voltage you may have a utility
Issue, although rare.

Try the above and let us know what you get...

I would add to just turn on the main breaker first and see if you still have the issue if not then start turning on the breakers one at a time as stated above. You could just have a shorted/stripped wire that is causing the problem. Hope it is a minor issue.
