How old are you and how long have you been together? Talk, and if you can't talk split, and see if you can figure out if you miss each other, and a better way to act toward each other.
If the thrill is gone, then you have to leave with it.
That's not your soul mate!!
There's a lot of detail missing from this story. Sometimes we go through periods of detachment because we're changing within ourselves. It's generally not wise to kill a relationship during one of those times because we're not emotionally settled enough to see clearly. Is one of you being distracted by an outside romantic interest? Not cheating, but looking over the fence and seeing what looks like greener grass? Is there a single area of your relationship that's causing the most aggravation?
As talaniman said, if you can't talk, then you might have to split at least for a while until you can sort things out, but it's wise to be sure that there isn't a simpler solution first.
