    Right arm numbness and tingling?
I have pain in my right shoulder with sudden numbness and tingling down my right arm and into my first two fingers next to my thumb. These fingers are always tingling. The numbness and tingling happens all day and night. I also have right shoulder pain. When I move my neck to the right side I get a sharp pain and tingling and numbness down my right arm.

It sounds like a condition called 'carpell tunnel', I think that is the right way to spell it. It's the main nerve in your arm and it sounds like you are pinching it somewhere. You should see your GP about this

Carpal tunnel affects the hand and wrist, not the shoulder and/or neck. If your reference indicates something else, please post it.

It could be one or more pinched nerves in your neck. A GP will probably give you muscle relaxants and pain pills. If you go to one, please ask him for a referral to a chiropractor (medical professionals nowadays accept chiropractic adjustment methods). Also consider a shiatsu practitioner (acupressure specialist). In fact, check your health insurance to find out if you are covered for chiro care so that you can skip the GP. If it's carpal tunnel (from repetitive motions), a chiro will treat that too.
