My daughter is 9 yrs old and is having pain everywhere she even have pain in buttocks and in back of thighs and calf. Also in every joint. She haves headaches on the forehead, hot flushes and all her lymphnodes are sore! Had blood work everything was normal. Myself and my husband are having some of the same symptons. Does anyone have any ideas what this can be, I am really worried!

We can't diagnose on AMHD not knowing complete medical history, or what country you are from to determine current regional flu concerns. Lymph node swelling usually indicates An infection in the body, so find it hard to believe that blood work came back normal.

Get a second opinion and more bloodwork done from a doctor who can make a proper diagnosis.

Did you tell the doctor that you and your husband are having some symptoms too? You may need to find a university medical center with a better diagnostic department. I would put a lot of effort into this. A doctor who just says that blood work is normal isn't doing a good job. Was your daughter examined head to toe for swollen glands? Have you done that? Everywhere - arm pits and neck especially.

This sounds possibly environmental. That means putting effort into your home, water, grounds, sewer, attic, cellar, food supply, pets (birds?), heat ducts, air conditioning, anything that could help. Diagnosing isn't always easy and sometimes the patients have to do a lot of the detective work.

Now I have develop neuropathy in my hands and feet and the doctors still don't know what is going on and My daughter and I are having all the same symptons. This have been going on with me for a yr and 6 months for my daughter and husband. I live in the in the united states.

One of the most common causes of neuropathy is diabetes and I can only say that it can also be caused from infections, injuries or toxins. What I cannot believe that throughout all of the doctors you have seen all of the blood work done, no doctor can diagnose you.

It is beyond my comprehension as a healthcare worker.

I don't know what you want us to tell you quite frankly.

Where exactly do you live? Is it rural or city or town? What kind of house? Do you have pets? What is your source of water? And heat and air conditioning if any? Why haven't you answered about any of this?
Have you checked for radon and carbon monoxide, had your water checked? Old pipes, old house, super new tight house?

Just trying to find out anything that could be causing all of this. Just so worried about myself and my family.thought if I ask someone on the internet they might have had a similar situation. You haven't said where (certain areas of the US are high radon).
If you have above ground water/sewer lines start there. If you are on a well, check that. If you are in a mobile home community, start asking others nearby.
When a family shares symptoms, and it isn't genetic, it's almost always environmental, and standard tests just can't cover everything.

Illness from the dogs, issue with chemicals used in manufactor of the mobile home. If you are in the county issues with well water, Leaks in sewer lines.

I live in selma,Alabama. It not a mobile home community, but my neighbors and I do live close to one another. I know most of my neighbors and none of them have any type of complaints. I am going to start looking within the house. I do think the water is fine, because its city water. Right now I am willing to try anything. Everyday I pray that my family and I don't have a serious illness or disease and praying that the doctors. Haven't missed something.

As for as the dogs are concern, I didn't know that you could catch anything from them. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Some of us here have had dogs all of our lives, so don't assume we are putting dogs down as pets who can't transmit disease.

I can't offer you a link but if you Google 'dogs to humans transmitted diseases' you will find that we can actually get multiple sclerosis from dogs indirectly, so chuck isn't far off the mark.

In fact your symptoms match fhe symptoms of MS, which is also genetic.
