    How old do you have to be to leave your parents house in Texas, if I am 16?
    I live at my grandmothers with 6 other people including my mom 2 siblings a cousin and both my grand parents. We have lived her for 5 years and there's always constant drama. What age am I legally allowed to leave and what are the conditions?

    If your dad wants to go to court for custody, he can. If there is another family member that your parents would give guardianship. But you have to be 18 just to move out

    Before you are 18 you can't legally sign a contract, so that means you can't rent a hotel room, rent an apartment, buy a car, open a bank account, join the army and a host of other things.
