How long are your cycles. If you have a typical 28 day cycle, the ususal estimated time for ovulation to occure, is 14 days from the beginning of your period. So if your period started on the 14th, your estimated ovulation time would be the 28th. You will want to have sex every other day during that week. (several days before ov date, on the ov date, and even after the ov date.) no woman's cycles are exactly the same, so you might want to go buy some ovulation predictor kits from the store to help you know the exact timeing that you are ovulating, and you might also want to start charting your basal body temperature. (Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com) good luck!
