I have a developed a chat server and wish to implement it online so that We may chat.
Also I would like to know how may I deply on server?
Should any changes required in my developed server?

Most hosting packages have chat scripts available I have used several Hostmonster had a nice chat I ran for an event a couple months ago. Hosting was under $8 a month and we continued to use the site after the event had paid for it.
Your other option is to lease a server. Or to host yourself you may need an Dynamic DNS service to do so.
