How to replace bath fan on switch that is run through a gcfi
Hi I had an electrician install a bath fan over the shower. They put a GFCI next to the circuit box and gave me 2 switches in the bathroom. One continues to control lthe lights the other to the new fan. Fan burned out 11 years later and I started to replace it but the marings fell off my wires. So I have 2 blacks 2 whites and 2 grounds that I need to connect to the new fan, Not sure how to do it. Don't think it is the obvious because of the gfci. Helpmmy email lis : [email protected]

Does that mean they put a GFI outlet nest to the breaker panel?

    Does the light still work?
