All I remember is a couple coming out of the ocean at night. I'm not even sure if they were a couple, but they end up having sex at night on beach.

Sorry, more to add... It was mid 90's to 2000. Female was wearing jean shorts and a shirt with long black hair and she was possibly latina around 25yrs old. Male was built, wearing a button up shirt that was not buttoned and just stayed open. He may have been latino also with dark hair.
