If I have a plea agreement and didn't show up for court can the judge give me more time?

I can only speak for here. If you have a plea agreement but fail to appear for court, the plea agreement is thrown out. And you will have a warrant issued against you for failure to appear.

So you will have to turn yourself in, face punishment for the new charge of failure to appear, hope the DA and the judge will allow you to keep the old plea, if not, you will have to just stand trial and face being sentenced by the judge.
