Does anyone have any advice on how to find local commercial office cleaning contracts? I have some tips like putting a page on the web but are there any sites that list businesses looking for janitorial services?

They are not going to come looking for you, you will need to go out every day and call on dozens of businesses, keep records of who you talk to, follow up, find when contracts come due, if there is a bidding process and so on. You will have to go out and sell you service. There will be many others in your area doing the same thing

I know how to do that calling and going to see the business, I just need to know how much surety bond I need , I have my EIN nUMBER AND MY NAME OF MY COMPANY. I need to make the contracts, the propsal, and how to bid on the buildings.
