I have been getting sharp pains on the left side of my head for the past three days. Yesterday I got a very bad headache after one of the sharp pains came through on the back left side of my head. After the headache I felt nausseated and didn't have an apitit after words and I slept all day cause if I got up I felt sick and light headed should I be concerned about this and go and get it checked out by a doctor

Did it effect your vision, if it did, you had a migraine, was this a one off, or have you had a few, if so you need to go to your doctor, he/she should set you up for an appointment at the hospital for a brain scan, and a strobe light test, they will put a cap on your head with loads of wires coming off it, they will want you to open and close your eyes while the strobe light test is done, this is to see if they can trigger a migraine attack, it can also be triggered my some different food you eat, and how much you sleep.
