Can I get into college even if I am a convicted felon?
Ok.. I was arrested and charged with 5 counts of credit card fraud about a year ago.. I'm 24, and it was just some dumb decision.. Now, I just want to do everything I can to better my life. Will I be able to get into any college, even though I am a convicted felon?

    Hello S:

Your conviction should NOT keep you out of college.

You can go and get almost any college degree. The issue is who can hire you or will hire you after you graduate.

Anything in a medical field and almost anything that needs a professional license is out.
