I have two 2 dollar bills with blue seals on them. One is dated 1918 and the other 1899 I know that's the only two years they were made,so I couldn't believe I had both notes. But the dates is about all I know about them. Wouls you know the rarity of both notes and the what both of these notes might be worth?

It depends they need to be dated like you have pointed out and the mark of the state/ or place of the trade per say were they were made.
