    DO you want in another bankruptcy? Payday loans is a great way to get there. Its legalized loansharking. If you can't pay cash... you don't need it.

    No, if you have filed for bankruptcy, and it is pending in the courts, you are not allowed to get any new debts without the trustees permission.

    Next pay day loan places are like borrowing from your bookie, they are as close to crooked as you can get and still be legal.

    You pay back and pay back and they have ways to make you pay. Stay away from them, do without, sell something, sell your blood, anything just don't use those places
