Have an abcess in the gum over my crown.. the crown looks like it had a chip in the back... now they want to pull it do I have to had an aprico years ago same tooth it is my front tooth can I save it;;;

We are not there looking at the tooth, your dentist is, and this question is for them. Or if you don't trust your dentist, you can go and get a second opinion. Dentist seldom ( at least here in the US) ever suggest pulling the tooth if there is anyway at all to save the tooth.
