In the absence of lease terms or local code prohibiting the vehicles on the lot, I would say "no", the park owner cannot remove them.

I guess the issue is, ( what vehicle) a car, a snowmobile, if car, is it licensed or is it not registered. How many cars on property.

Most areas will have some zoning codes, and most mobile home parks have their own codes. But that is something you need to find out. Next most leases would have terms for the landlord to control the junk and clutter on the lots, Any HOA's have rules to allow towing vechiles not registered.

So the answer is maybe, they can legally and maybe not, So if the landlord says they can, you ask them to show you the rules allowing them to

So what is your relationship to this question? Are you the leasee of a space in a park or the park owner? If you are not the park owner, is the owner threatening to remove some vehicle? If so, why?

If you are the owner, then why do you want to remove the vehicle?

Also, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
