Soon to be ex-wife left over year and a half ago, she makes no payments towards anything pertaining to the house. Now she has a problem with me. I have been living there for six months now and she is threatening to have me kicked out just because she doesn't like me anymore and just to hurt him.

If she gets ownership of home in the divorce, then she can kick both you and you're her current husband out.

And of course she may be upset, you moved in to her home before she was divorced.

But this all will be fought in divorce court. As long as your boyfriend is on the deed, he can stop her from kicking you out. ( if he will)
