If you and your friends know cooking, then you may cook your special dish and sell it in packets.Develop contacts with your neighbors and relatives. Get orders from them. This business is purely based on personal skills. Doesn't require much capital.

Are you in India or at USA? Need more detail like education. Go on SBIR ste and find a topic. You don't need money just chose topic and write a plan if they like it they will give you money. I am a buisedd woman who own company. Go on SBIR .
