Crossing US border with accusations?
UEST AND NEED ADVICE !
I had an assault with a weapon x2 charge I was a accused of this and went through court 2 years later when trial came up and was given a withdrawal frm the charged and have court papers signed to state that my charges are gone now I do have a peace bond attacted to that for one year prohibiting me from contacting the victim that accused me. 2) I got another charge of dangerous drive and flight from police and I'm currently going to trail for that in a couple months so those charges are still pending the conditions that are being applying for the dangerous drive charges are not to operate a vehicle or a motorcycle now these charges are currently up for court in 2 months... will anything stop me form entering the US if I'm passenger and have not ever had any involvmenmt with any law inforcement before the original first accused charges
