My welsh corgi ,which is a male is bleeding threw his penis,Do you no why and should I take him to the hospital?

Yes, of course. Something is obviously wrong. Might be serious, might not. Might be a bladder or kidney infection. Might not.

Thanks JudyKay,, I took my Rusty to the vet and he has an infection, on meds for 10days, hopefully he gets better soon, then I am gone 2 get him fixed,, thanks again :)

Congrats on getting him fixed. The stastics on puppies and finding homes are staggering - and sad.
