I was charged in Ohio with misdemeanor theft in 2005... sentenced 6 month jail,suspended,probation with fines and restitution... I never completed paying.Now I live in North Carolina and can't get a licsense... if I get a lawyer,what are the chances I won't have to go to Ohio,and let me pay fines..

If there is a warrant out for you you will need to appear in Ohio and very possibly serve some time.

If it's "just" a matter of fines an Attorney might be able to negotiate an arrangement - but I very highly doubt it.
