How I can get my sole custody of my daughter she is living with me and my parents since I give birth now she is 3 years old she never see her father because we don't know where he is... But her last name on his fathers last name but I never get support from her father because he don´t have any job and he always drink alcohol... Is it possible to get my sole custody?

In the US, Canada, other Countries you already HAVE sole custody unless the father gets an Order for either custody or visitation.

We don't have current court ordered yet, because its my first time to apply.
