    Bleeding in first trimester
    What could be the cause for the bleeding? I do not have cramping or back pain. An u/s confirmed that everything was okay with the embryo.

    When I was pregnant with my twin girls I bled in the beginning approx 5-7 weeks... turns out it is common with twin pregnancies.
