    Ihave 2 different thefts taken from me, 1 of 10K other of 12.5K,
    1) Theft from attorney that settled a case for me and I got 1/2 of settlement, the other 1/2 he took and left the state of fl---he has been dis-barred here, what is the degree of this felony and what is the stat. Of limitations? $12.5 K
    2) I have a 2nd theft of a $10K note that was supposed to be filed with the county as stated in note but never was, what is the degree of thiss felony and what is the stat. Of limitations in Fl.

    The statute of limitations would be OVER if you reported the theft to the cops... I'd do that, if I was you.
