I was caught shoplifting. I'm 18 in North Carolina. Caught at the mall. It added up to 30 dollars but I had bought things already at the store that added up to 30 dollars. I have no record. I have good grades, senior in high school , and have been accepted to college already. The officer gave me a ticket? I have to go to court. I don't understand what will happen at court? Can someone please explain to me what I should be preparing myself for.
