We are trying to have a baby. I missed my period for 4 days now. This is not usual to me. But my basal temperature is 97.2, very low. It was 98 and above for few days my ovulation.

I'm very confused an scared of getting disappointed if something negative shows up in the home pregnancy tests. So, haven't checked yet.

Low temp most often means you are not pregnant and your period is likely to start soon. Of course, sometimes the unusual happens.

Give it another week and see if your period is just off this cycle. If still no period, then try a test. If negative, wait and see what happens when your period would be due next month.
