Hi, I'm 14 years old and have never had sex or anything close. I noticed a small skin toned bump on the side of my penile shaft and I popped it and all that came out was a little bit of clear fluid. The next morning it was a little red and slightly sore to the touch. Please help me with any suggestions on what it might me. Thanks

Sounds like a pimple. They can happen anywhere on body (back, legs, genitals) just like face.
