I had symptoms of being pregnant. I'm irregular with my cycle. I wasn't on but I was spotting when iwent to the bathroom like little blood sac came out. I didn't go to the doctor I don't know what to think was it a miscarraige?

Blood sac doesn't sound good. You should go to the doctor to be checked out.
