I have changed the throttle body.the injector mouth/ map sensor,the fuel pump. The scan result was p0108 and p0141

I have a 2001 honda civic ex 5 speed... I was taking the gauge cluster apart to see what was wrong with the lights, while taking it off the rpm arrow popped off... so at what rpm does the arrow go to when I crank the car?. I want the rpm to be accurate when I'm driving it.
