I had a tubal sterilization w/electrocautery on 11-26-10.I have not been sexually active until dec.23,2011.One time only.I am supposed to stat my period on jan.29,2012.I have been extremely fatigued,sore swollen breasts,constantly have an appetite,Bloated belly,and becoming emotional lately.Could I be pregnant?
