My status I Canada is I just immigrant 6 months before by marriage process. And I have permanent residence card and social insurance number.
I got caught steeling from clothing store which value is around $ 100, And I return the stuff. They call a cops and the cops didn't arrest me because I don't have any criminal record in my life, but they tell me I will be charged in theft under $ 5000 and they appointed me to the court and to take my fingertips and picture.
I am so worried that I could get deported or not eligible to became Canadian citizen, couldn't get OSAP program, not travel to another county and am I going to facing a jail? If I get charged? And also do I need a lawyer? Which is I can't afford? What will happen to me?

You WERE arrested or else there would be no need for fingerprints and photos. If you want to remain in Canada I would certainly get an Attorney. There are no guarantees what Canadian Immigration will do.

I can almost guarantee you won't go to jail. You might get deferred status. You need an Attorney.
