If my name is on the deed but not the mortgage can I refinance?

In order to refinance, everyone who is listed as an owner on the deed has to join in the refinance. If all of the owners agree then yes, you can refinance and pay off the current mortgage loan. But this means that you will be on the new mortgage and you will share responsibility for the loan.
