My last period was l from dec23/30th.. I had sex on jan 1st.. not its jan 17th.. I've been getting nausea,very tired,emotional,and testy.. also been getting slight cramps.on&off.. breast tender could I be pregnant or my period coming early.

Yes, pregnancy could be possible. You could try a test now and see what results you get, or wait and see when your period is due. Period might just be off this cycle. If no period, try a test at that time. The tests tend to be more accurate once you have already missed a period.

Agree, yes to both, it could be either at this point, It is early for a HPT, but you can try. But a negative right now still does not mean you are not.

Missing your period is normally the first major sign.
