    Leasing land in ontario
I own a mobile home in a trailer park... since I do not own the land... I pay a lease fee monthly... each year the owners can increase this amt (this year by 2.6% in Ontario)
My question... I'm selling mobile home... Purchaser wants to know if she will be paying that same amount or can the owners increase that amount again at the time of sale. If so by how much legally (any amount they want? ) My purchaser doesn't want to pay a lot more than I am right now... thanks for info

    Hello rocket:

It depends on your agreement with trailer park. IF you have a LEASE, then they can only raise the rent at expiration of the lease. IF you rent on a month to month basis, they can raise the rent every month.

Whatever your lease says, your purchaser will be bound by it too.
