What type. Will you be cooking food, merely selling already cooked items?

Also where, every area has slightly different rules.

Is this stand set in one place, like inside a mall, or is it one that you move around the city?

We will be moving around. We will be cooking hamburgers & hot dogs & ff.. . we still need to buy our deep fryer I have a table top & I do not want to use that. Thanks
