What does it mean for EtG tests for the cutoff to be either 100 or 500?
What does it mean for the ETG cut offs? Does the 500 cut off mean they can go back further or test harder?

The number represents ng/mL. The lower the number the more likely that the test will detect EtG in lower quantities, therefore for a longer period. 100 is more likely to detect than 500

Thank you Dr. Bill. I asked though earlier if it was hard to dilute a ETG test... and I never got an answer from anyone. Is it.. Or for it to be un testable?

It is the concentration of urine that they check. That may use several parameters and is usually done by instrument and always pre-test.

If, for instance, creatinine registers below 20 the instrument will reject the sample and it will be returned. With diluted samples there is no question of EtG or any other element. The sample is deemed untestable for any agent.

Is it hard to dilute? Meaning... I drank basically 3 liters of water before the test and kept going to the bathroom.. I wonder if I diluted it... The night before I stopped drinking (5 mixed drinks) at 1:45 and took the UA at basically 3:15 the next afternoon.
