I have a urine test coming up and I have taken four hydrocodone 5MG/500MG IN 24 Hours on the 10TH OF Jan and this is the 16th.Can any one tell me how long this will be in my system and all so for zolpidem two of them for sleep about eight day ago. Thanks

Hydrocodone, in urine can be detected up to 5 days but typically for 2-4 days. Either way it must be specifically tested for. This drug does however have a history of cross-reacting with opiate screens causing a false positive for opiates. See Urine Drug Monitoring

Zolpidem is not tested for and there is no indication that it would cross-react with any drug panels. See Drug-laboratory test interactions
