My period came a week early this month and only lasted 2 days it was normal flow for those two days. The four days following this time I had a light brown discharge. I am concerned because I had some very unusual pms symptoms my breasts were very sore and tender. Very light headed that entire week leading up to menstrual cycle and had a very hard time sleeping every time I fell asleep I was awake shortly after trying to go back to sleep. I took a hpt last Saturday but it was negative any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

Sometimes periods may include brownish discharge, so could just be a somewhat unusual period for you this cycle. If you think pregnancy is a possibility, give it another week and try another test, or wait until next month and see what happens when you would expect your period.
