I have a 2001 dodge dakota sport and only in the winter below -20 the over drive gear does not want to work, I do a lot of high-way driving and have to get this problem fixed, please help me

Try dropping and cleaning the pan and magnet, replacing the filter, and refilling with full synthetic automatic transmission fluid.
