Have a Panasonic Plasma that won't turn on - TH-46PZ800A.Flashes green several times, then flashes red eleven times. Any suggestions?

You will want to have the TV serviced. If it is still under warranty, call Panasonic or the retailer. If it is not, then you will either need to take it in somewhere or have someone out to your home.

The 11-blink error is a fan error. This is caused when the TV "thinks" the fans are not working. This doesn't mean that it is necessarily the fan though. Some diagnostics will need to be performed to determine for sure if it is a fan.
