Hi my name is makaylah I am 16 years old and I think I am pregnant. I have missed my period these past two months and I took a pregnancy test when I missed my period last month and it came up negative. Is tere a chance I could be pregnant or is there any thing I need to know about me missing my period?

It is possible your periods are off simply due to your age. Irregular cycles are more common for teens, even if they haven't been irregular before.

If you have also missed your period for this month, time to try another test. It may be the test taken last month was too early.

If you get another negative result, you could wait until next month, and see if you miss another period, or you might want to just see your doctor sooner. Your reason for going would be because you have missed two periods in a row and want to find out a possible reason. They will automatically do a pregnancy test while you are in the office.
