My daughter was on probation here in Greenville, SC but we had her probation transferred to Georgia, where soon after that was arrested and is now in a correctional facility, and is supposed to be released in March. I have recently found out that South Carolina never transferred her probation to Georgia, and that South Carolina has a warrant on her for violation of probation and that when Georgia release her South Carolina is going to pick her up. I just need to know what I need to do to find out 1)why her probation was never transferred to Georgia? And 2)How can I find out if there is a warrant & where I can find out any and all information on her?
